Birthday Mid Day Report: Things Looking Up

Mid Birthday Report: After sort of a rough start to birthdaypalooza07 things are looking up. I decided taking a break at 10:45 on your birthday is fine, so Latrice and I went to the farmers market where I bought a loaf of beloved pumpkin bread. Fall is coming and that is my favorite season, and pumpkins rule. I bought an antenna the other day so now I have television and I have been nonstop watching these documentaries on PBS. Anyway, the other day the documentary was about giant pumpkin farmers. The farmers weren’t giant (well…) it was their pumpkins that weighed in at over a thousand pounds! Ever since then I’ve been craving fall and pumpkin bread. Yummers.

Then when I got back to the office everyone suddenly needed to “come see this” in the back room and it was the most delicious looking birthday cake ever. I wanted to take a picture for the blog but I left my phone at home today by accident. Also there wasn't much time before I was face first in the thing. Anyway, it was oreo ice cream cake and it was from heaven. I have sugar racing through my veins right now and think I might crash in the next hour or so. And there was a card and presents. Cause I’m a princess. Birthday day is def looking up.

By the way, have any of you seen the movie Jesus Camp? I just saw it for the first time the other day. Jesus. It’s terrifying. We’ll talk about that later.

People singing happy birthday into your voicemail is about the funniest and sweetest thing ever. Something about it makes me laugh so hard. Thanks to you guys who did!
