Don't bother reading this if you don't watch PR. I just had to vent this out of my system.Look at the picture above and point to the cutest dress. Is it the giant pink ball of satin in the top row? No, of course not. Why? Because that is disgusting. So someone explain to me why that designer just won Project Runway?
I know everyone hated Santino, and I tried to...but I just couldn't help thinking that he was freaking hilarious. And even though a lot of his clothes during the show were crazy...he had his own unique style...and the clothes in his collection were beautiful.
Daniel V. was a cutie-pie and also funny and had amazing taste and class. I also wanted him to date all of my gays and be my BFF. The clothes in his collection were slightly underwhelming, but they looked the most ready to wear and there were muliple outfits that I wanted. (I have always loved lavendar and navy together, so even though no one understood that one outfit, it was right up my alley. I want it.)
Chloe is a whining baby who totally cracked under the pressure and designed a bunch of really unflattering outfits. Everyone says her line was the most cohesive...but it's only because she used the same fabric over and over. There were two nearly identical dresses out there. It looked like all the characters from Dynasty. It looked like and 80's prom. And everyone says she designs for a womans body, I couldn't disagree more. Daniel V's clothes are for a womans body, Chloe's clothes are for a drag queens body. Apparantly Kara got to show a line as well and it was pretty cool, some of her stuff is shown above.
Boo Season 2. Boo.
My ultimate vote was with Santino...I'd like to see more original stuff out in stores and on the runway...clothes have gotten so vanilla.
My other vote is for Austin Scarlet. I'm just sayin'.

I liked Kara's stuff too! Santino had to have his comeuppance. I really doubt Daniel V. was jeaulous of him and unlike many, I don't think Daniel V. is particularly hot with his weasal face. I didn't think anybody's clothes were that great. Ever.
...I think Daniel's white jacket was simply FABULOUS! (...I would wear it with a pair of high white patent leather boots, of course...)
