And if I were going to own a dog, I always pictured owning a really big one, something loyal and protective and regal.
And my building doesn't allow dogs.
And I really personally would only want a pound puppy, not a breeder dog.
And my cat would flip out.
So...why are teacup yorkies the only think on my mind these days?

I wanted one really badly too, until I found out that teacup dogs are most commonly made by breeding two preemie dogs together, or by planting the embryos into a dog after she's already carried a litter (she'll carry all the dogs the same amount of time, regardless of whether the puppies are ready or not). Teacup dogs are really frail and prone to health problems, because they're basically just underdeveloped. The research I did on them really depressed me.
I meant, after the embryos are planted after the mother has been carrying a litter for a few months. That didn't come out quite right.
Oh I give up.
Wow Cathy, Thank you for bringing all this to my attention, I'm going to go jump off a bridge now. Actually, I researched them a little bit after I posted this and discovered a lot of the same things you are saying. Bad news. But...still really cute.
I know, I wanted them too. BEFORE THE FALL.
