There are so many things I wish I could tell you, but I don't have time as I'm trying to tie up some loose ends before heading to glamorous midway this afternoon. So here is a list of all the exciting stuff going on so I will remember to tell you later.
1. This has been in the works for a while but now I can officially tell you that I am the new Chicago Producer of Mortified. This means that if anyone wants to get on stage and embarrass themselves by reading old diaries and letters they should see me! Especially men because we are always light on men. (Where have I heard THAT before?). Yay! Mortified! Now at the Beat Kitchen. More info to come.2. I'm going to IRELAND! Erin go bragh! I'm going to dance jigs and eat potatoes and pick four leaf clovers and wear cable knit sweaters and talk to leprechauns and watch people drink Guiness and sing "Down by the Sally Gardens" all day! Four of us are going and we got a pretty sweet deal, especially since we are staying in a CASTLE! The trip is booked, this isn't some pipe dream. I'm going in September right after my 30th birthday. Ireland and England are the two places I've wanted to go most since I was little so I am VERY excited. Especially since I'm going with Kristen who is one of my all time favorites and our friends Lilly and Ray who are pretty much amazingly awesome. IRELAND! (Now Mom, when should we book a Jane Austen tour to England?) This picture is of the actual place we are staying...WHAT?!?! So excited!!
3. I'm still not allowed to talk about this. Sigh.
