Pizza

Pizza, I love you. I'm sorry I left you.

So, if the month without Pizza has been this hard, I wonder what the next 11 months have in store for me.

I can't believe there are so many of you crazy as me who are going along with this! For my next challenge, gimme $500!

Life without pizza is hard when you are a pizza fanatic. Although, this month (so far) has been educational in teaching me just how often I do eat pizza. It's a little frightening.

The other night a bunch of us were out and some of the kids got pizza. I stared at it longingly. I walked over and sniffed it. I interviewed everyone about it. But...I did not eat it.

There have been lots of questions about the next few months so here are some clrifying answers, not to be confused with clarifying soap. Don't rub these answers all over your face.

FEB - NO RESTAURANTS
I guess you can go IN a restaurant, but you can't eat there. So yes, if you work in a restaurant that's fine. Does Starbucks count as a restaurant? I guess so. but if you go there to meet someone and you end up buying a bottle of water or juice or something you could buy at a store maybe that's ok...I'm not trying to kill your social life, the point is to make people cook and save money. Use your discretation. Eating at someone elses house or having someone cook for you is fine. Delivery is a no no. Nothing from a restaurant.

MAY - NO SHOPPING
Of course you can still buy things like groceries and toilet paper. You just can't buy anything superflous. No clothes, accessories, lip balm etc. Only things you absolutely need. No fun shopping. No books.

JUNE - NO TV/MOVIES
No going to the movies, watching tv shows online etc.

AUGUST - NO TRANSPORTATION
This is the trickiest one. This will be another "use your discretion" one. Please take transportation if you are walking alone late at night, don't put your life in danger. The idea was to get me to walk to and from work and around my hood. Whever it is feasable to walk, walk. If it is dark or rainy, don't walk. By transportation I mean cars, taxi's buses, cabs, trains etc. Bikes and skateboards are great. Nothing motorized or with an engine.

SEPTEMBER - NO WHEAT
Mainly I'm talking bread and pasta, lots of things have wheat in them, I'm not that worried about it...bread and pasta.

OCTOBER - NO SUGAR
Fruit is fine, I'm talking candy and cookies.

NOVEMBER - NO FACEBOOK
Seriously, don't check it. Don't look at other people's. Unhook it from your email.

That is all.
