If the Shoe Fits...

I'm going to take a slight break from Christmas Past in order to remind you all that the President got shoes thrown at his head. I watched the video. To be fair, W dodges the shoes pretty well and to his credit he remained pretty calm even when the secret service came darting at him out of nowhere. I didn't quite know how to react, I mean, no one really deserves to have shoes thrown at them. It wasn't really funny, more just awkward. Bush is the new Spears. I don't know how many more little scrapes and ridiculous fiascos he can get into before his presidency is over. But at the holiday party I went to tonight someone mentioned this and the reaction was sort of, "Hmm, oh really? Shoes you say? Pass the brie will you?" 

Hurry, Obama, hurry.
