Weekend

I'm off to my weekend now. This weekend there are tons of birthday brunches and lunches and dinners so probably it will be the most fun weekend of my whole entire life. Tonight some friends have organized a little gathering for me with wigs and Apples to Apples and stuff so that will be fun.

A question: If you go to a discount store where you always buy a lot of things and the cashier swipes your adorable birthday dress but it doesn't scan and you accidentally don't pay for it but really it's her fault but you don't even realize it until you look at the receipt later...is that stealing or is that like, a customer appreciation/birthday gift from the store?

Also, if anyone has $300 to spare and wants to donate it to the Cradle and then be my date to the gala at the end of this month so I don't have to go alone, that would be cool. I have to go because I'm on the planning committee, and because I love the Cradle, and because I love wearing fancy dresses. But going alone is gonna be a drag. Pony up and come with me, it's a good cause. It's at the Ritz...oooh la la.
