Happy Valentines Day

Happy Valentine's Day Everyone. I hope that you are all running around getting the finishing touches togehter for your big Valentine's Day surprises that you will be giving to your big Valentine's Day lovers. That's real sweet.

I will be spending this Valentine's Day attending a Health fair in the morning to educate sick people and then I will work this afternoon, and then since I am my own Valentine maybe I will surprise myself by allowing myself to break the diet I have so strictly been on for the last 12 hours and eat a hershey kiss. Happy Valentine's Day, me.

Seriously though, for you singletons...remember to limit the times you say "I hate Valentine's Day, it's just a stupid Hallmark Holiday" today cause all anyone will hear is "Blah blah blah, I'm single and bitter" and remember those of you in couples, also limit the amount that you so gallantly express your distaste for Valentine's Day...cause all we hear is "I'm so lucky, I have a hot lover and our love is so strong that we don't even need this contrived business to reboost our energy!"

I did have one Valentine e-card this morning. It was from my mom. It starred birds and puppies giving each other cards and then it said "From Lynn" which made me laugh as I have never seen "From" or use of a first name on any cards from my own mom before. Hilarious!

Ok, I'm running late now, thanks to you and all this Valentine chatter. I won't even ask for poodle cookies since I never got any last year. I'll just leave Valentine's to you lovers and try not to spend the entire day in a bitter hostile rage as I explain various types of face rashes and kidney failures as I pass out flyers to the public.
